By accessing and using Mailbox Medics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Mailbox Medics provides professional mailbox repair, installation, and restoration services. Our services include emergency repairs, new installations, full restorations, and custom design work for residential and commercial properties.

Service Terms

  • All services are subject to availability and scheduling

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date provided

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed

  • We provide a warranty on our workmanship as detailed in your service agreement

  • Customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals

Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure unless specifically noted in the service agreement.

Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
